Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer free priority shipping on all U.S. orders
Canada Shipping Rate: $19.95
UK Shipping Rate: $19.95
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we ship everywhere in the United States, Canada, and the UK.
We plan to expand to other countries in the near future!
When will my order ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders should arrive 3-5 days after that.
What is the status of my order?
If you did not receive an email with your order number, please contact
support@easysundays.com
My order says delivered but I don't have it
First- Check that the shipping address on the order is correct.
Second- Check with your neighbors to make sure they didn’t receive it by mistake.
Third- Packages can be marked delivered before they actually make it to you so give it another day or two to arrive.
If you still don’t have it- email us support@easysundays.com
While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered, we will do our best to help track down your package.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items, with the tags still attached within 30 days of domestic purchases. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. We are unable to process international returns at this time.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Returns are accepted online on all U.S. orders. To start a return or exchange, email us at support@easysundays.com and enter your email and order number.
We are always committed to delivering the highest quality product. If your product arrives damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, send a photo to support@easysundays.com and we will gladly replace it and send you a new one.
How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Our return team is located on the West Coast so please allow 7-14 business days to get your refund/exchange.
